Armed with data and statistical analysis that our demanding audits and the work is so-compelling Smart Elections’ has filed a lawsuit against Rockland County, New York, and is in the discovery phase where the defendant has to answer questions and turn over records. This lawsuit, if successful, could pave the way for a thorough examination of the 2024 swing state ballots and ensuring in upcoming elections that our electoral process remains fair and transparent.
