When companies like Target backtrack on their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices, we refuse to support them. Without our labor, their operations stagnate, and profits dwindle. We provide the backbone of their success, yet many companies respond with low wages and inadequate treatment. When workers withdraw their support, corporations quickly recognize the value we bring, forcing them to reconsider their policies.
